Fluffy light-brown and white tom with dark brown markings and blue eyes.
He's more fluffy medium furred, with a long silky tail, a rather delicate face with pointy ears. His chest and tail fur is the longest amongst all his pelt, and his cheek fur points outwards. He has white undermarkings on a lightbrown pelt, and with slightly darker brown patterns as well.

Cricketfrost has always been very friendly towards anyone. He loves company, especially by insects, and likes doing favors for others if needed. While he's very friendly and kind, he can also be protective of what he likes. If he so finds the need to protect it.

Born to his mother Dawnnose alongside Honeykit, Cricketkit gained the prefix Cricket, because of his mother believing his power had something to do with insects. Dawnnose had thought she was being sharp and clever, thinking that his power must have been related to insects as the first thing Cricketkit did when he started to move around, was intereacting with the insects that had made their way into the nursery. But it turned out just to have been because Cricketkit had a particular obession with insects of all forms. His sister on the other hand, was named Honeykit because of her deep golden pelt.
Cricketkit quickly took notice of the slightly older kit who shared the nursery with them, Spiderkit. He was almost at apprentice age, but Cricketkit and him did end up sharing a few moons together in the nursery. Everyone seemed to find him slightly unsettling, with what he gathered from Dawnnose who told him that he shouldn't get too close with him. But he really couldn't understand why. Spiderkit had six eyes, which Cricketkit found super intriguing. A lot of insects also had multiple eyes, and his name was that of a spider as well, so Cricket really wanted to become friends with him, but Dawnnose had been one of the cats who were concerned with Spiderkit, and therefor didn't want Cricketkit nor Honeykit to interact with him. Or at least not aslong as they're in the nursery. She told Cricketkit that when he's an apprentice he could do what he wanted, but for now he would have to listen to her.

A certain day in leaf-bare, Cricketpaw, Spiderpaw, Honeypaw, a few other apprentices and a few young warriors were the only ones back at camp. Everyone else had gone to do their own thing, being quite busy with patrols in particular that day. The apprentices only thought of having fun as there weren't much else to do at that time, while the warriors were relaxing talking amongst themselves. The pond behind their camp had frozen over, and it was quite a common thing for apprentices to skate around on it in leaf-bare, which was also what the apprentices did. They went out to skate and fool around on it, but they had failed to test the ice's sturdiness due to a miscommunication between them, and it ended up causing someone to lose their life.
Honeypaw had rushed her way out on the ice after thinking she got a green light from Cricketpaw. She loved the slippery cold feeling the ice under her paws, and could balance quite well on it, but as quick as she was out on the ice, she was also very quickly pretty far away from the edge. Cricketpaw was talking with Spiderpaw enthusiastically about the ice, as Spiderpaw had never went out on it before, and Cricketpaw was urging him to try it for the first time, but suddenly behind them they heard a yowl along with a splash. When they whipped their heads around to see what happened, no one was to be seen, which was not a good sign as Honeypaw was there a moment ago. Cricketpaw immediately paniced and rushed closer to try to spot her, while Spiderpaw ran for help amongst the few warriors that was in camp. Honeypaw's head emerged from the freezing cold water in the spot where the ice had cracked underneath her. She was struggling to get a grip on the ice as it had gotten slippery with the water being splashed up. Cricketpaw noticed and was about to dash out to try to help her, but one of the other apprentices stopped him in a panic, saying he could fall through too. In the moment they had stopped him the warriors along with Spiderpaw rushed over, noticing the situation, but Honeypaw's head was once again no where to be seen. Cricketpaw pleaded them to help as he didn't know what to do, but neither did the warriors. Everyone was in shock over the sudden situation, but knew that they would be risking their lives too, if they went out on the ice to try to help. The ice was clearly too thin to support their weight, and Honeypaw had been lucky she even lasted that long on the ice without it breaking sooner. But as it had started with the paniced Honeypaw trying to scramble her way up on the ice, it had gotten quiet. Everyone was staring out on the lake in complete shock.
