Evis is a blacksmith in a small village. She's just about the only person in town in her age bracket, as a lot of the other people her age have left to start better lives elsewhere. But some remain, and to all ages that live in her village, she is a ray of light in their lives. Focused on comminity, she's almost always helping out around town. Her blacksmithing is fine enough that it draws adventurers from distant cities, who tend to spend a little cash elsewhere in town as well. The tourism from adventurers helps, but they never stick around long enough to make much of a difference.
Very good with kids, Evis is seen as an older sister by nearly everyone in the village. Her sunny disposition reminds others of a loyal dog. Regardless of if you view her as a sister, a dog, or simply a neighbor, she will always be there to lend a hand.
Was in a relationship with Cordoinette, but they mutually agreed to end the relationship since Evis can't bear to leave her home, and Cordoinette can't bear to stay in one place. They are both still secretly in love with each other, and Cordoinette frequently returns to Evis for repair and maintenance work on her weapons and armor.
