About...
A freelancer occasionally employed by the Agency, Imbricata is a quiet and skilled detective-cross-researcher. Their methods of information acquisition are less than legal, but the worst of their crimes usually involves breaking and entering. Though their interests are narrow, the allure of a good payout entices them to most offers and their schedule is nearly always full.
Practicality and utilitarianism were instilled in them during their cycle, which was empty and in ruins after a mass extinction event. Scrounging for resources and understanding the world around them were integral to survival, and the regularity of starved behemoths piqued their interest in the "sane" slow-growing behemoths of the current cycle.
Still, they're somewhat flighty and indecisive, flirting with commitment and unwilling to pick a side in case they pick wrong.
Personality...
Optimistic and reserved. Has a good outlook about things, but isn't very forthcoming or open to talking about it. Relatively confident in themself. Enjoys challenging themself and pushing their limits, but not around other people. Personal goals and pleasure are most important to them, and everything is filtered through how likely it is to adhere to that.
Could be called selfish, but they're polite enough not to avoid it.

Abilities...
Flame: Deep Sapphire Flame, Throne of the Prism
Imbricata can refract light to grant themselves, objects, or other people invisibility, change the colors of something, or "trick" the eye into magnifying the size of an object.
Powers...
Imbricata is skilled in the use of many high-tech weapons, as well as a skill for tinkering or improving them. They have a personal collection of guns and usually bring one with them on excursions.
They are also a skilled mage.
Artifacts...
A magical tablet that can take pictures, serve as a journal, and contact Evenne's internet network. Though it's a tablet, it has no keyboard and can only be 'written' on with a stylus. It's a relic from their cycle and Imbricata isn't interested in swapping it out for an Evenne-style device.
