[f2u] rainbow utopia

F2U Code! I made for my character Utopia -hence the name!
pre warning that I'm very amatuer at coding, things may not work/look the same if edited & I have no idea what this looks like on mobile or as user profile (it's meant as a character profile!). I'm most likley not going to be able to help if you have issues with the code but I'll try to!
