Hello! It seems like you own a design of mine!Thats awesome!:) Now,how about a couple of rules regarding ownership over this oc. Please make sure to keep these in mind when giving any of my designs away or when just owning and drawing em:

1) DO NOT SELL ANY OF MY CHARACTERS FOR REAL LIFE CURRENCY (actual money, coupons, giftcards etc).

If you plan to sell a design, WHICH WASNT SOLD BY *ME* WITH REAL LIFE CURRENCY ,please dont sell that design for money. That isnt valid tho if you got art commissioned of them. This isnt valid aswell if  it WAS sold previously by me with real life currency to someone else who later on gave it to you. In those two situations you CAN sell em :] dw

2) DO NOT SELL A DESIGN OF MINE MORE THAN WHAT YOU GOT THEM FOR

If for example you got a desigh by me for €3 , and you plan to sell them away without them having any extra art that influences their worth, you are not allowed to sell that said design for more than €3.I find it unfair.

3) DO NOT DELETE ANY OF MY DESIGNS

if you are unsatisfied with any oc i made,and you just want to get rid of them,avoid having to delete them as an option. If you need help selling any desighs,you can always dm me,i can surely help! If you cannot sell them as hard as you try,best is to gift them away or return them to me IF THEY HAVE NO EXTRA WORTH.

4) DO NOT PRIVATE ANY OF MY DESIGNS

i want to keep track of where my designs go,what art they get and everything. Creepy or not,it is my creation that i sold, and i find it frustrating that i cant view what happens to them after they “leave the nest”.

5) DO NOT SELL A DESIGN YOU GOT FROM ME THAT WAS A F R E E B I E WITH ANY SORT OF CURRENCY

When getting a freebie from me that is created BY me aswell (whether it came from a raffle, the “freebies” folder, or whatever), you are not allowed to sell it right after. And by sell i mean in ANY kind of way (for art, for ocs, for money , irl or in-game).You can  give them away in that way only if they have any extra worth or a couple of artworks. Other than that ,they need to be given to someone for free as they were given to YOU. 

6) ANY PORN ART IS NOT ALLOWED OF MY DESIGNS

 This does not include suggestive or lewd artworks. Only nsfw that shows any sexual intercourse or nudity. This is here because i myself am i minor.I understand that the oc is now urs and u get to do whatever you want but please atleast consider the fact that it feels super duper uncomfy. :( 

7) GIVING AWAY (NOT SELLING) ANY DESIGN OF MINE THAT WAS RECIEVED AS A FREEBIE 

If you got a freebie from me and you wish to give it away,please add atleast a small doodle to their gallery. Now,this is optional, but i would like to think that not everyone hoards ocs and does nothing to em. I atleast try to add even the smallest doodles to almost all the ocs i own,so they have even a itty bitty bit of art drawn of em,, i hope people can do that with my designs aswell

8) ABOUT REVAMPS/REMAKES/REDESIGNS

I find this part very important so pay close attention please!! I do not mind redesigns of my creations whatsoever!I think that making an oc u own comfortable for urself is the key to get connected to them. What i do ask tho is that if the redesign turns out to leave a completely different result from how the oc looked like at the start,please dont let the oc rot in a “old design” bookmark thingy,, Maybe consider selling that old design?I want those to have a purpose aswell,, You can ask for me to change the credits of the remake so you would be its designer btw!THIS PART BTW IS VALID ONLY IF THE REMAKE LOOKS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE ORIGINAL,,
