Summary

Sibyl is a false fortune teller that enjoys sneaking between towns and causing havoc. She has made a profession of misinforming people who come to her, unaware. She mistells fortunes and makes up very specific scenarios that she'll work to fulfill in the night time She enjoys scaring people. She often utilizes her shapeshifting abilities to mix and match her identity depending on which town she enters. She does this not to get caught by law enforcement. She is a common known con artist and criminal where she resides.

She wears a mask (mostly to keep her identity hidden)
