Backstory:

Evanna is a young girl of the Lineia family, a rich family known for their textiles and fragrance business that lives in Wyndon, Galar. Supposedly, her family descends from noble and royal lineage, so they tend to have a set of ways to act "noble" in public. To most people, it would look like she had everything that a child could as for: loving parents, enough money to not worry about anything, and anything she could ask for. For Evanna, this isn't quite the case. Despite all of the above, ever since she could read and write, Evanna had a ever rowing sense of curiosity. Whether it was trying new things, or asking all the questions, she was always curious. Needless to say, this would clash with her family's image of graceful demeanor. Luckily, her grandmother was able to help her reign it in while in public. While she does still have spurts of curiosity get the better of her, she was still able to maintain an air of nobleness while in school.

Of course, life has a way of leading people into speed bumps, and Evanna wasn't an exception. One day, after an odd dream, she would wake up to find her appearance had changed. Having become half Gothita, her family were naturally surprised, and scrambled to find out what happened. While she had to hole in her parents home out of the public sight, Evanna, after getting over the initial shock, let her ever curious nature do the work again. She would try to figure out why it happened in the first place, and experimented with her new psychic abilties. Eventually, seeing how little it bothered her, her parents eventually let her back to school. On the other hand, her schoolmates weren't as receptive. Almost everyone either rejected her for her freaky appearance, or pittied her for the same reason. She didn't like either reaction, seeing how she wanted to learn more about her new state. This lead her to dislike dealing with other high class children, despite putting on the graceful image her family had.

It didn't take long for her parents to notice how annoyed she was becoming (especially when on days her emotions were running high, random objects would start to float). At the advice of her older sibling and a servant, she would be sent to a different academy. Specifically, Clockwork Academy in the Shinjo region. Seeing as how a new environment that would not only be more accepting of her appearance, but also hopefully satiate her curiosity. Heading to live in the region along with her grandmother, Evanna would start a new, unusual chapter in her life.
