Tired of his redundant life in the mountains and enthralled with western culture, Miyuki came to Sacramentum High with the intentions on learning about life there. Has a bit of an accent, and exudes a frigid air--literally. His skin, nearly transparent, is frozen to the touch. Also has the ability to transform into a cloud of mist whenever he feels threatened.
