Neo Starhaze

Neo Starhaze, also known as Neo, is a happy go-lucky character that is known for acting cute and wholesome around but in reality, they are quite surprisingly skilled with different weapons, their favorite being a butcher knife. They are cute character who is secretly a psychopath, who has a bloodlust. They tend to hang around at time at spefic bars during the night to snag a unsuspecting victim before murdering them and leaving them in an alleyway. They use their cute charm to lure the victim out before commiting the act.
