Another SHaM oc >:) A rouge courier! He was banished from the Capital and now prowls the main routes, attacking anyone who travels them

NOTES: The collar he has in the ref is from a cat known as the Disc Star. He managed to tear it off trying to attack them, though they escaped. Framerate sometimes uses it to trick cats into thinking he’s a noble so they come to him, or he leaves it on the ground for whichever curious cat investigates. The collar hangs loosely as the latch is broken.
