Personality

Alastair is a kind young man, he takes good care of his family and adores spending time with his younger siblings. He is also determined by nature and likes helping his father with matters of state and the army.

After the death of his mother and younger siblings, Alastair becomes distrustful of others and it takes him a long time to open up to people. He comes off as a little bitter and sad most of the time and overly cautious when it comes to his own wife and son.

History

Alastair is the eldest son of Casimir and Czarina. He is very close with his parents and his siblings; he adores spending time with all of them. He becomes Commander of Casimir's Army alongside his best friend Edric Kade, trying to following in his fathers footsteps as a Commander and then as a King.

Like his father he wanted to make peace with the Humans over in Dawn, so when he was twenty he and his father had a meeting with the Human King to try and broker a peace. When they came back, they found that his mother and siblings had been murdered. Both he and his father sunk into a depression until they learned that Ryker had been the culprit. Casimir wanted revenge and instructed Alastair to kill Edric.

Alastair wanted revenge against Ryker but struggled with his father's demand because he was close with Edric and didn't think he had anything to do with it. Edric nearly had to force him to do it in the hope that it would bring them peace. After Edric died in front of Ryker, the two of them fled Vanporal now having lost everything.

He was very angry with his father for a long time, not just because of Edric but because he finally learned of the relationship between Casimir and Ryker and how it brought about the death of their family. Despite this, he followed his father on his string of revenge against Ryker and his men for nearly two hundred years.

Finally when he was tired of all the fighting and the death, Alastair settled down in Razra where he met his wife Lyris and they had a son together. Casimir stayed with them for a bit. Eventually Zayne's men got too close so Alastair led them away and they murdered him.
