Moss is a little more than messed in the head. While he may seem mellow and quiet, he has a very short temper and will act recklessly when angered. He has low morals and will do anything to reach his desired end goal.

He has little to no filter when speaking to people, which has gotten him in trouble more than a few times allowing him to gain an issue with authority in addition to impatience.

Conversely, Moss is more than ambitious, which could be seen as a negative trait. He’s also honest, yet lacking a filter makes him blunt. His self-assertiveness allows him to stand up to nearly anything, and he will do so without a second thought.

【 STORY 】

EARLY LIFE

Moss lived as an only child when he was young. He was doted on and adored by his parents. While at home, he was mild-tempered, but at school is when his personality began to surface. Concerned, Moss’s parents had him tested for various mental illnesses. The outcome was a moderate indication of Antisocial Personality Disorder and a mild indication of Intermittent explosive disorder. With no available medication to help manage Moss’s conditions, his parents did all they could to keep him levelled and happy.

Aside from his mental disorders, Moss’s childhood was as good as his parents could make it. However, when Moss was seven-years-old, his mother announced she was pregnant with another child. Worried about how Moss would react, she doted and spoiled him even more, but Moss showed no signs of jealousy at the idea of a sibling. The aggression only started after the baby was born. Moss became incredibly protective over his little sister to the point of lashing out at strangers if they got too close.

TEENAGE YEARS

Moss’s life doesn’t change much as he grows up. He excels in school academically but not socially. He has little to no friends and has difficulty getting along with anyone. Because of this, he keeps to himself and stays quiet. However, the light of his teenage years is when his sister is in school, excelling academically and socially. He loves to go to his sister’s plays and shows and often takes her to practice when he can. Some would say his life revolves around his little sister, Luna as devoted to her he is.

ADULTHOOD

Moss’s life doesn’t extend from Luna until he moves out at seventeen years old. He got his first job at a convenience store, where he saved to afford an apartment to live on his own. He still helps Luna when she needs it and takes her to practice when their parents are unavailable.

During his early adulthood, Moss becomes hypersexual, one of the main reasons for moving out of his family home. He regularly picks up men at bars and sleeps with them. His simple life continues until Luna suddenly goes missing, which makes Moss turn to drinking alcohol and becoming more violent.

When a wolf-like creature approaches him after a bar fight, his life is changed. He learns about Luna’s secret identity and immediately takes up the mantel if it means he’ll be able to find her. He now uses his magical powers to fight and defeat his sister’s former enemies. Some survive… some don’t.

ETYMOLOGY

Moss’s name is a medieval form of Moses, meaning “son” in Egyptian or “deliver” in Hebrew.
