Detailed Bio

Delamara is both as beautiful and dangerous as the sea she was birthed from. When she was a pup, she followed Poseidon everywhere he went. Yet the 7 seas are no place for the weak, so she quickly learned her place. She started to venture further and further from her friend and master, drawn by the many wonders of the world that only the oceans could hold, or so Poseidon would tell her. Through her ventures, she met many allies and many foes alike. This only added to her strength, compassion, and ferocity as a creature of the sea. As the years of time passed by, Poseidon became only a legend, and Delamara passed from the memories of men, forgotten. This did not bother her though, as she was more than happy to rule and care for the oceans and its inhabitants, aiding in areas where even where the power of Poseidon and his Trident could not. The only time she ever shows herself to man in this day and age is to sing the songs she learned from the sirens, luring them into the depths of the ocean, to be with her forevermore. She only does this as an act of mercy however, finding men shipwrecked, forced in the employ of pirates, or cursed by the gods in some other manner. Most of the time though, she sleeps in blissful slumber amongst her friends, waiting until she hears the call that she is needed once again.
