Yukie received certification to teach Urasenke tea ceremony at 14, mastering the style in half the time in takes most adults. Using her knowledge, she created an easy-to-grasp style of ceremony that allowed for those unfamiliar with the traditions to enjoy it's calming effect. This style, Sekiryuu, led to a boom in the popularity of tea ceremonies, and made her a household name. Despite her country-wide fame for being calm and poised, she's skittish and somewhat gloomy-looking.
