Heather Flores

Heather was made in a llabfor a pair of parents. However, her "birth" parents never came back to the lab for one reason or another. Though she never learned her birth parents, she was adopted by Artemis Arabella and grew up with all the sisters of the family. She can be quite athletic and hard to outrun on land or sea;  but she is very self conscious about her gills, wearing a turtleneck to hide them
