extensive custom-color chara profile with a bg
hello!! finally!
a code that's been on and off in the works for a while now. the bootstrap version (as of 7.15.22) is not done.
this code can be tricky to edit, i tried my best to inculde notes where necessary but when in doubt, google.... also it is very long LOL

turn off character profile "WYSIWYG" in your settings before putting this code in! you can try putting it in with it on, but i cannot guarantee it'll work and i will not respond to messages saying wysiwyg broke it.
