 DO NOT resell for a currency you didnt buy them for, unless there are at least two additional pieces of art. Do not sell them for more than what you got them for unless there is any additional art.

 Never delete their profiles. If you dont want them anymore, contact me and we can work something out. If you are planning on privating a design by me, you MUST inform me PRIOR. Deleting their toyhouse profile is completely unacceptable.

 Privating without warning or profile deletion gives me the right to repossess the design immediately without warning. 

If you're a minor, no nsfw content of my designs. If youre an adult its fine just dont do any weird creepy or illegal stuff.

 Dont accept a custom offer or offer on any of my adopts if youre just going to give the character away right away. I dont have a cooldown, but I dont make characters and customs just to be trophies that get tossed around and thrown away in two days. Im not scared of blocking or blacklisting people, and this is a straight shot to getting blocked/blacklisted by me. 

Dont offer if it says dont offer on a character obviously. Please dont sell any of my designs to blacklisted people NEVER drastically change the skin tones / colors of my designs that’s super weird!! Slight changes to saturation or hue are okay but making it lighter in any way is not permitted.  

If you are blacklisted by me and come into possession of one of my designs, or if i blacklist you and you have my designs, I have full permission to revoke and reclaim the design without warning, making the profile you have of the character completely void. 

My TOS is subject to change at any time and you must read my global warnings before you retrade/resell one of my designs.
