The carefree Queen of the SilkWings whose rule, or rather lack of, is characterized by freedom and the winds. His entire rule is based upon undoing the oppressive rule of his mother to grant the Silk State and its citizens the freedom that was taken so many times, but they long deserved.

Despite having ruled for over a decade, this Queen’s political ideals are carefully hidden and his authority remains unemployed. He may be found in the palace carrying out his duties in preserving and exercising the culture of the SilkWings, but he is equally as often found disguised in towns and villages with a cloak over his identifiable wings: singing in festivals, buying from vendors, and every carefree activity that one could imagine... including being wasted in a tavern.
