Info: Owen is the younger brother to Oscar and is typically the follower of the two. He is sadistic and cruel like his brother, enjoying tormenting other dogs. When they one day spot Mayumi and Kaito being walked, Oscar decides the female must be theirs. Owen has no objections. They get a chance and strike one day, managing to beat Kaito and take Mayumi as their "prize". Whereas Owen just beats Mayumi, its his older brother who gets first "dibs" on the female and rapes her several times, impregnating her as a result.
