Rubie

Disabled mothgirl! Her name is Rubie and she has muscular Dystrophy and a learning disability! She is nonverbal but loves laughing and shrieking loudly. Very bubbly and fun! She is in an adaptive wheelchair, please take care to draw it right, or at the very least have her seatbelt on! 

She lives with her single mom who is also her primary caretaker, although she does have a nurse who comes in for a bit every day!
