Kilo

Agent Kilo is a hard worker, having mastered the trick of illusion to perfect his role as a spy. His personality seems to vary depending on who he's talking to- While he mostly presents as energetic, playful, and mischivious in nature to his fellow agents, to others he can present as reserved and mature or even sarcastic and exhausted. He often shows himself to others illusioned as another Pokemon, usually an eevee fusion of some sort- He has confessed to us that sometimes he even forgets he's illusioned sometimes. He claims to use other eevee as inspiration, taking their traits and adopting it into his illusions.
