Dusty is a very playful and tricky mobian. She, along with her assistant and best friend Wish the Chao, are often seen around the streets of Shamar with their merchant stand selling very special items to others. However, she is most known for her genie status, earning her the title "Dusty the Enchanted", which is a title she takes great pride in. While her merchant stand is able to sell items, the greatest item people flock in for is for Dusty to grant them three wishes. However, the only way for a mobian to be given this prize, they must win one of her tricky street games. Dusty's games are very tricky, almost no one is able to win it, let alone even come close, and those who lose must pay an unfortunate price, such as forfeiting a prized possession of theirs, or else there may be consequences. There is an alternate way of getting her to grant you three wishes, which is to simply rub her bottle three times. However, getting your hands on the bottle alone is no easy task. As a genie, Dusty has access to great levels of magic, but because she is not fond of injuring people unless she absolutely needs to and to prevent people from seeing her true power, her preferred form of self defense is to cast hallucinations on her targets of their most desired wish, causing them to be locked in a trance and giving her time to escape. Wish is often seen outside of the bottle and is a very avid and skilled flyer, able to maneuver the streets of Shamar and dodge almost anyone with ease. Much of Dusty's past remains largely unknown, for not even Dusty or Wish knows about it, but that may be a good thing, because her story could be a tragic one.
