Pristine, is a well known and respected Fashion designer and Tailor, well known for his collaborations with The Beacon, Ming Beckman. Pristine stands out from the rest of many famous designers by concealing his identity, keeping his face hidden behind a mask. Despite the constant ridicule for such a choice, Pristine has stayed strong with this choice. Rumors even state that Pristine goes as far as to set up clauses in client contracts that allow him to sue a client trying to unmask them for half of all total assets. However, this has never been confirmed.
Pristine designs a couple of brands purely by himself as well. From his Techwear inspired line "Future", to the academia inspired brand "Study" and the ever promiment Vibrance brand. Future and Study are well known as Pristine's most affordable lines, despite ranging from $50 to $100. Many have critcized this, however Pristine has gone on to say "Having to manufacture clothes 100% ethically is near impossible nowadays, and when you find those who do, they’re so expensive. The amount of companies I’ve found to be abusing both mundie and inscribed employees is devastating. I’m lucky that my other works can help fund my partnership with Freewill Landscape, because they are truly some of the best. Maybe in the future if more environment changes and more laws are in place, maybe it won’t be so hard to get the proper materials." This isn't the first time Pristine has spoken out against employee abuse, and continues to encourage supporting companies who are ethical to their loyal employees.
However Pristine is most well known for his commissions. Only taking 20 a year, getting to commission Pristine is a sought after opportunity leading to a competitive scene. This has resulted in bidding wars, scams and the famous assualt that Pristine has since denounced. Prices for a single commission are estimated at 100k, possible bidding included. This practice has been heavily criticzed, as it encourages behavior Pristine himself has spoken out against. Regardless, it continues and Pristine has not publicly responded to such concerns.
Pristine has been very transparent on the nature of his epithet and what exactly it does, stating "It's the core reason why my clothes are even made." What exactly Pristine's epithet is has never been confirmed, staying on brand with privacy. Purposed ideas include: Motley, Kaleidoscopic, Prismatic, Polychromatic, and Versicolored.
Like Glass, I don’t usually bend around other people. Only time I find I actually listen to another person when working is a client commission. To avoid shattering and causing a scene, I stay alone.

Personality
No better way of putting other than; Pristine is a two-faced human being. Being kind and curel on the drop of a hat. Pristine can sweetly compliment a person, giving genuine advice and turn on their heels and tear a person down with ease. What once developed as a way to fit in has become part of them, a self defense. Deep down, Pristine is scared and anxious, learning how to play pretend through watching everyone. And anyone who knows too much about them is to be feared.
With those he trusts, Pristine is lax, focused and caring. He's goofy, quiet and polite but blunt when he needs to be. He will always listen and keep your secrets to his grave, but will call you out when you're in the wrong. You will also recieve so many gifts.
If you are a threat to him, be it potentially being able to leak his identity, Pristine will always try to stay on your good side, almost mimicking what they're like. Doing anything they ask to maintain a good relationship. Just hoping you don't take advantage of him, because people whoa aren't in contracts are the hardest to keep track of.
If you've been roped into a contract, although it's for a good reason, Pristine will be cocky, flaunt things around you and be arrogant. Because you can't touch him, you can't hurt them. If you do anything to them, they will hurt you first.

History
Not much is known about Pristine's life before he started his work as Pristine. The earliest publicly known appearance of Pristine was when he mailed The Beacon a very beautiful handmade dress when he was 17. This led The Beacon to seek him out and eventually got him into Astounding Ivory National University, world renowned fashion and arts base university located in France. Little is known about this time, however it is reported he worked very closely with Ray Spiegelman as part of the curriculum and to build a portfolio.
BeaconXPRISTINE
BeaconXPRISTINE is the name of the collabortive brand, shared by Ming Beckman and Pristine. Focusing on showing the combined beauty the two provide to the world. Items in this line mainly focus on formal attire and formal accessories, but with a shimmering glowing twist. While mostly advertised in The Beacons signature blue, all items come in a variety of colors, exlcuding grey. The designs clearly come from Pristine's heart, showing off his talents in light and metal work, with The Beacon covering manufacturing through her personal company, Sunlight.
While more formal clothes are priced roughly 150$ to 500$, the accessories are a well known hit among many groups, regardless of status. The Beacon has gone on to state; "We really appreciate the support on our jewelry line. It really brightens our days. I can't say much but by the looks of it, Pristine has really got something in store for you. We hope to keep this as affordable as possible in the future because everyone deserves to dazzle."

AINU requested Ray's father, Jonah, to have their student work with Ray to give Pristine experience with working with a client. Pristine was very nervous, listening to some of Ray's insane sounding ramblings really made them scared. Pristine was so intimdated by him, tryign to avoid ever meeting in person unless Pristine could hide their face. It was hard but working with Ray really taught them a lot about the people he'd work with in the future, plus Ray was paying for everything.
After Pristine graduted and recovered from their surgeries, Ray seemed to get a little too comfortable with being able to enter their home at will, appearing one day to ask about an outfit and walking in of Pristine maskless. They expected much more of an issue but Ray was more focused on the concept for a pair of secret heels. It just sort of became a thing.
Pristine doesn't wholly trust Ray but they see that he's just from a weird place, got a little too much of an ego on his shoulders but he clearly just doesn't understand the world and how things work. So Pristine is always ready to put him in his place.
He really needs to stop barging into their house, like please text before you arrive, I'm not always wearing a shirt.
