Oppy

Guy who answers the phones in Vedder's house. He remains contained in his own very dark room to prevent the spread of his strange medical affliction, which has caused discoloration of his skin, tumorous horn-like growths across his body, and his very odd bulging fish-like eyes.

He is rather grouchy and slow-moving. Having the job of answering multiversal telephone calls drains most of his energy, though in the room he is contained in, time is dilated to an excruciating crawl to make his job manageable. 

He often has (mostly retro) telephones floating around him but you don't need to draw them.

According to reputable sources, he used to be human, but spending too much time in the Pleroma[sic] has distorted his being.
