Shin

As a child Shin grew up wealthy. He was the only pressumed living child of parents who expected nothing but perfection. They had his entire life planned out including who he would marry. Before his arranged marriage he fell ill and ran away.

Shin works as a weather man in Wattaran. He also has a job scouting outside the walls. He's tired constantly but tries his best to be patient and help people out.

Drought- Can directly remove liquid from anything including living things.

Flood warning- Can shot extremely pressurized liquid from augshards.

Flash freeze- Can cause a severe drop of tempature to anything he touches.

Heat wave- Can cause a severe raise of tempature to anything he touches.
