As the director for the Administrative Office of La-Flor-Eterna, Luna handles all the bureaucracy and paperwork that the Equeflore Crown does not (which is, essentially, all of it). Despite the weight on his shoulders and the immense piles of work, Luna whittles away at them with a reserved efficiency. Years of employment for the Equeflores has given them a close working relationship, and he's happy to remain buried behind stacks of books at his desk. Living in LFE has exposed him to a number of oddities and strange people, meaning he's not quite fazed by anything anymore... but can't seem to rid himself of that nervous side-glance.
