Mesmerado was one of the leading figures behind the twisted Fragment Dragons whom were known for solely one thing. Their creation of fragmentation weapons. Taught by the Vulcanis Elementarii, Mesmerado learnt to duo-weave Sül Longhorn's magmatic glue into powerful homing weapons. The Fragment Dragons have always utilized a strange artefact from an ancient division they defeated known as 'The Looking Glass'. The item they oft wear over their head or eyes give them an almost unimpeded look over any battlefield. Mesmerado was the one behind the slaughters of the many in nations such as Zeta or Lilliput.

Ofcourse, after the defeat of the Vulcanis Elementarii; Mesmerado has hid low. rewritten as much of his name as possible. Bribed countless to erase his wretched name from annals of the 'Great Tempest Wars' of history. Whether this worked or not is something we have yet to see.

10 years or so in the present, Mesmerado would partially be mentioned in one of Asinines' historical mumblings during the Chronicle 6 arcs. Knowing how starved Railier is from finding new mercenaries to join the Balancias, Asinine absolutely knows how Railier wouldn't think twice about recruiting such a figure...Regardless of how cruel his history has been. As of such. Asinine has purposely kept his descriptions of Mesmerado oblique, wrong - out of character, and weak.
