Laughter is the mobius of the 'Weathr's. He is often malcontent and softkey tempered to act on his own will whenever possible. Pulling leadership strings, or pulling the strings being a pawn. He can't make up his mind as to where he belongs, but that's where his main talent comes to play. Versatile, Laughter's antics are known to just about anyone of the House of Thunder.  His thunderous laughter nonetheless. A long distance student kouhei, Laughter used to meander the skies of the equatorial barrens, fixing patches of the sky where water, vapour, and essentially clouds were barely there. Bringing storms into drought and... leaving in his wake, badly malformed lightnings which ball up into the sky and float around - like ticking timebombs. Taking in inspiration from dragon tribes and groups here and there. Laughter has coalesced his learnings of the weather into a muddy topic of lightningbolts and defraction mirrors. Little soft 'lightcubes' which he brought with him, to help aid him when he paints the skies.

The fact that he is here is not because he abandoned his post, but because rather that he saw to his job done. A mantle to prove how 'good' he is at getting the job done. Well to him? he's good.

Bhariu still scratches his head this day. What made Laughter turn to them. Why did he of everyone with the most perfect title in the Air Supremacy join them?
