Frank is a hitman who loves Business Bunnies, a themed site about not judging by people's covers, and its mascot is business dressed bunnies, to show business people seem cold and serious but can be cute and fluffy on the inside like the bunnies. Frank, because of the stress of his job, has violent tendencies, especially towards this man who lives next door who he wasn't hired to kill but he knows should be as this man has done bad stuff. Frank gouged out the guy's eye once, recently, as the bandages show. This man is afraid to go anywhere else and knows Frank can't kill him, only beat him up, otherwise, his job is on the line.
