Leon's a country boy that moved to the city in hopes of becoming part of law enforcement but left shortly after realizing that most cops were crooked. He decided his services would be better suited for P.I. work but he never got any grand case that was hard to crack. Stuff that shows up in the news and all. It was only until he came across an odd book that the supernatural plagued his life and soon, his life and career were heavily influenced by it.
Trying to find answers, he landed himself as Port Hewick's P.I. and has dedicated his time into deciphering the book through the little help the residents could provide him.
A local girl, Halena, caught wind of Leon's actions and proposed a partnership to see if they could both figure out the cosmic horrors that control the port.
