The leader of the Neoseers. During the fall of the Overseers, she took in anybody who wished to continue worshipping Rot and the beasts it left after it's death, the Tarots.
Reshi is old, but she's very convincing with words. Influencing a young outsider into the cult and forcing him into the role of leader, she likes to pull strings and sit back. She only intervenes if things do not go as planned.
