Etc: chat is a streamer/artist who suffers from intense agoraphobia. when they were alive, they inherited a condo from their grandparents and lived there off their income from streaming. they never left the house and was pretty cutoff from all family and old friends so when they accidentally fell in the shower one day and hit their head, no one came to look for them.
Chat dies and is sent to hell for sloth, where the devil makes a deal with them to send them back (as a ghost sort of? now has the form of their persona online instead of their actual self) if they rebrand online and use their following to collect souls for hell. Chat agrees and is sent back to earth as a demon!
this is an open universe and im lazy (chats a self insert can u tell) so if u want to make ocs for this world pls do. angel, demon, or otherwise. theres other angel/demon streamers and management companies. its a whole thing
