It would be really stretching it to consider them a human, they're more like a glitch in the matrix/cyborg thingy. Surprisingly smol for their age, ECHO recently joined NSR, overseeing the Gaming Distric with it's more mature audiences and it's pararel virtual reality counterpart, where they spend most of their time. Actually, their VR headset is an (almost) permanent part of their form, literally attached to their hands, feet and back. They live entirely in a twisted version of normal reality, with the mission of creating a better reality for himself and everyone else.

Demeanor
ECHO will act polite and caring when meeting you, even helpful and attentive, though with a slightly subtle 'superior' attitude from them. Aside from that, they mostly keep to themselves. Because of this, it's quite uncommon to hear them talk, except when being spoken to, or the rare occasion when they infodump.
Weaknesses
As said before, they have a slight superiority complex. They don't really act like other's are inferior, but they do act a bit 'on a different level'. It's mostly unintentional, since they feel like an outsider or like in a completely different state of reality. They also can seem too distant, and have trouble making conections and trusting people. They don't understand empathy and charity as well, they see them as a strange concept, not grasping the idea that people could be selfless without anything in return.
Habits
They sometimes infodump about their projects, games, or any other interests. It's much more than a habit, more like a lifestyle, but they spend most of their time, if not all of it, inside of the virtual reality they're creating. They also have the bad habit of asuming people don't care about what they're going through, except when they find someone with kind of the same issues as them. Due to this, their 'project' is mainly a one-person endeavor.

Childhood
A small glitch that grew up mostly on their own. Sickly, weird, and distant, they never had many friendships, only pity. They started playing videogames and developing a love for music at a very young age, and even starting modding their consoles and games.
After some time, they themselves started building their own games, and using these games to create music. It was mostly a distraction though. They never felt like they really 'belonged' anywhere. The glitch always felt out of place, different, but they weren't ever sure if it was because something was wrong with them, or maybe it was something else entirely...?
Inspiration
Since they were young, they looked up to NSR, especially to artist like DJSS, Neon J and EVE. Not only for their music, but for their determination to create a better world, let it be for themselves, the future, or everyone. And they wanted that too.
They eventually realized that, maybe it wasn't that there was something wrong with them. Maybe they just didn't belong to this world, and had ended up here by accident. But, where did he belong? And how would he find it?
If they couldn't find it, they would make one themselves.
Creation
They went ahead and started working on their music full time, now asuming the name of ECHO. They also worked hard in their console and videogame building skills. With their trusty Launchpad they built themselves, ECHO constructed a completely inmersive VR Headset, conecting to devices towards their whole body.
And so, they entered a virtual reality... and started building their new world.
Recognition
Wasn't long until NSR took notice, and became interested in ECHO's music, talent and vision. They participated in a private showcase, and proved his goal to the other NSR artists: to create a new world where those who feel misguided and out of place could finally find someplace they could belong. And after some consideration... They were accepted as a new member of NSR.
With their acceptance, they were given a district to rule over, funds and resources to develop their music and technology.
Following
ECHO was well known before, but after their acceptance into NSR, their popularity skyrocketted, especially amongst gamers and the online comunity. With this, also their 'project' became well known, and not long after, released to the public. Their district, the Gaming District, now had a digital counterpart, known as the Virtual Gaming District.
People lived both on the real and the digital world here, people who both had a love for games, music and technology; and people who felt out of place and needed someplace to just be themselves and to call home.
But ECHO still had much work ahead of them...

Posibly the song that would sound in their boss battle, has a surprising upbeat energy compared to ECHO's aloof, depressed behaviour, could be hard to believe that this is the music they play. Yet it fits their aesthetic to a tee.
Luxide - The Iceberg
More akin to something they'd normally play, possible secondary boss battle theme? Represents better their overall style.
Everen Maxwell & Sasha Waters - Enchanted
Same as the one before, it fits more as to something they'd truly play, something more 'their style'. Could possibly be a Collab with SAYU and Yinu, with them both providing the vocals and piano melody, respectivelly.

Probably one of their first hits as an NSR artist. Mostly experimental.

Design notes
- Completely black body, except for a white mouth and 'circle' on their torso, continuously generating white 'pixels'.
- Their legs are robotic.
- Cables come from the back of their hoodie to the back of his hands, feet, and spine.
- Multiple pairs of colored pixels surround him, like he's 'glitching out'.
