Jean Indadras (now deceased) was an aloof human who knew how to work with others if it meant achieving their goals. They take a final stand against mysterious foes with their compatriots and meet their untimely demise. Despite this, it would seem that the threads of fate have other plans for Jean as they are reincarnated without the memories of this life in another form: a satyr by the name of Merle Aryewode.

backstory !

Once a cleric of the Raven Queen, Jean was a bit of a troublemaker in their youth. They traveled with their brother, stealing from unsuspecting travelers to get their next meals. One day it goes horribly wrong, leaving Jean and their brother heavily wounded. They watch as life leaves him and pleads with their god to bring him back to them, but the Raven Queen turns from them. In her silence, another god's interest (Ka) is piqued. Its voice whispers sweet nothings into Jean's mind. They agree to an exchange with the god in exchange for the chance of bringing their deceased brother back from the dead. Though, one should assume that it may be unwise trust the words of a god of chaos.

design notes !

• They wield a strange looking staff made of black cherry wood. It has a sort of eye-like design to it.
• They have two eye tattoos on the backs of their hands that match some of the eye designs on their clothing.
• Their nails are always painted black and extend into long claws when assuming Ka's form.
• They have a scar that is almost always visible in the clothing that they wear. It runs along their sternum. When asked about it, their eyes become cold and they do not answer.
