About
Alex is the main character of this story and one of my favorite ocs. They live in a futuristic fantasy world where a part of the population is born with magic. They have light manipulation, and can create any shape (that they know) out of light.
Their biggest goal since childhood has been to become a hero, but they never developed any magic at the age that they should've. Until recently! and now with the help of their friends they travel the country and become a hero and save the world.
"But this isn't my true strength yet!"
Combat
Alex's fighting style involves a lot of taekwondo, basic self defense, and sword fighting. Alex relies a lot on their magic and the weapons that they create. But they are very great at them, if only a bit sloppy at times because of their lack of time training.
Light manipulation
Their magic lets them absorb the light around them and shape it into anything. Mainly use it for weapons such as swords, cartoony hammers, and bats.

Personality
Alex is seemingly happy and optimistic to a fault. And it's because they try their hardest to be! Filled with swirling thoughts of self doubt over everything they do, they still want to seem like a pillar of hope and someone people can depend on. What's most important to them is being able to help someone else.
EXTROVERT | OPTIMIST | GULLIBLE
While Alex is very energetic, they're also very jokey and sarcastic and love to go with the flow with whatever life throws at them. You never really know what mood they'll be in one second to the next. They also have a vulgar mouth to them despite their innocent apperance. Somehow managing to fit in a swear word into almost anything they say.

Trivia
- While they mostly wear comfy sports clothes they also like to experiment with fashion. They like wearing cute hero merch and sweaters and skirts.
- Jayson is their ex. Currently they have a kinda sorta thing going on with Adrian.
- They lived in PR with their family until they were 16 and moved to the states with their aunt.
- Would've dropped out of college if they didn't become hero (they're taking a gap year(s..))
