SPARE ME A BODY PART?
BASICS
An underground scientist, working for mafioso people and doing illegal research.. He deals with pharmaceutical drugs, toxins, and bodies. He uses his connections and strange ability to protect himself from the authorities.

ABILITY
Has an ability tentatively known as TUMOUR:
Can cause dead flesh to undergo abnormal and radical tumour-like growth - body parts can then become fleshy-mass-like creatures that he can control to attack people, bring him things etc (they don't have their own conscience/free will though, not like a zombie or something)
Requires a cut, or some sort of opening on the body with exposed flesh, to initiate the growth. Otherwise the part just mostly twitches
Works less well for non-human dead bits
From frequent use and practice, he is quite proficient, though as with anything, the concentration required to use the ability can become tiring
OTHER SKILLS
His areas of knowledge are toxicology, pharmacology, and some forensic pathology.
He knows how to handle and fire a gun, so he can defend himself without his ability.
PERSONALITY

He is likely to appear cheery to those he first meets, in at least a superficial way. He's not one to show displeasure with someone he doesn't like, or if they do something he doesn't like (at least not immediately). Thus, it may be a bit hard to determine what he thinks of a person. That saying, he's quite tolerant of others and their flaws/mistakes, as well being open-minded to differences in opinions, new things etc
He isn't really egotistical, and knows when to recognise another's talent or skill. He's also observant with an eye for details. Can actually remember your birthday. If it's worth remembering hah.
Emotionally shallow underneath; though he may appear to express emotions, he may not genuinely feel things like sympathy and concern. Sometimes he even tricks himself into thinking he does.
He has his whims, tends to change his mind a bit. Values his independence and ability to make his own decisions and choices in life. Has a weaker sense of loyalty, and doesn't actually really like to commit to long-term things.
He may speak playfully sometimes, or appear childish, but when it comes to action he does his work meticulously.
BACKSTORY
tl;dr he's just a v dodgy person who is interested in drugs and dead things
His father was a wealthy man; not just because of his successful shipping company, but because he was using his business to transport and supply drugs and weapons for a mafia-ish organied crime gang. Despite his background, his father did have some genuine care for the family, and tried to keep them low, out of attention, to protect their identities from malicious entities. Because of this, Henrik moved a number of times with his religious mother around the country, and didn't see much of his busy father, at least not during most of his childhood.
It slowly dawned on him, throughout his childhood, that he could do strange things to dead creatures. He was barely of school age when his grandmother, his babysitter, suffered a heart attack while his mother was out grocery shopping. As he stared at the still, collapsed body, the paramedics being on their way, he made an arm twitched, as though responding to his command, though not more than that. His grandmother could not be saved, provoking some sadness, though there was that niggling thought at the back of his mind that said the body was too fresh.
His mother was of poor health, which progresively worsened and slowly gnawed away at her mental stability. In hopes that a quiet life would help her recuperate, they took to living in the countryside at some point, where there was plenty of roadkill to test out his abilities. Armed with a pair of scissors and little parental oversight, he would do experiments like making incisions in the bodies and try to make them twitch or move. His mother wasn't completely unaware of any strange behaviour on his side, but she was also becoming increasingly religious, almost cult-ish, proclaiming the family was cursed and it was their punishment for not being loyal to their faith and God.
Because he was moved around so much, he never quite made any long-term friends at any of the schools he attended. He would start making connections, only to have to break them again. He ended up choosing to study pharmacology and toxicology, and went on to do research, but soon moved into work at a morgue where he had actual access to human bodies. However, there was a practical reason for his work. He was providing false autopsy reports and such for his father's connections, effectively helping to cover up murders or make identies disappear.
By then, he had built up substantial experience, and was proficient in the manipulation of dead flesh to his bidding. A rival group, seeking more information about his father or at least anything to damage the other group, sent a few agents to go investigate and/or threaten Henrik. The result was that he killed them, and had to flee, since he would be a suspect of the murders and police digging into his background would have come with the risk of revealing his dodgy dealings. He went to and sought protection from the mafia gang (the one connected to his father, not the rival gang) and now works for them making poisons, doing dodgy experiments and all the jazz.
TRIVIA
Childhood allergies to milk, peanuts, wheat, eggs. Fine with these foods now.
His mother would've had more children, but she had many complications and couldn't deal with all the miscarriages. She has convinced herself they are her fault for not being religiously faithful enough.
He has a subtle Danish accent when he speaks English.
He is vegan and is as meticulous with his meals prep/calculation of appropriate nutritional requirements as he is with his work.
DESIGN NOTES
Feel free to draw him in his default lab outfit or any other work/lab-ish outfit.
Casual outfits are ok too! (eg. his winter casual outfit) I mean, people wear anything outside of work I guess
