after 2 weeks of owning a design will you be allowed to give them away

DO NOT sell designs (for real currency) that you have gotten via trade unless you have also added a great amount of hq / commission art otherwise trade them only (lazy sketches and a gallery thats under 5 pieces of added art work do not count)

you can resell designs that you have bought with money but it cant be worth more than what it was UNLESS you have added a great amount of high quality art / commissioned art work 

im fine with redesigns! just dont add anything problematic about it or whitewash designs of darker skin! 

plss do not delete a character i have designed 

dont use my designs for problematic stuff (ex. proship stuff, pedophilic, etc) 

im fine with my designs used in nsfw just as long as you dont use the character for weird fetishes or problematic stuff

No NFT, crypto stuff 

do not edit my art 

BLACKLIST

dolleye / chezzkid / qupi- copying multiple designs of mines and just ripping me off, i confronted them about this yet they still continue to rip off my designs and sell them

a-Dios- reasons here, threatened to spread harmful/untrue information about me after i confronted and blocked them (yapping about things like i run a cult) still going around telling people things like I stole their ocs, tries to get into adult spaces as a minor

•xXMudkipXx - main reason, (doc link just incase), personal reasons , stalkerish behavior, spreads harmful/untrue info about users with no evidence

•organfailure / gorefailure / custerfuck

•swiitcharuu (a-Dios supporter who thinks i stole a-Dios characters apparently) 

•eggyruu (another a-Dios supporter who thinks this^^) 

anyone who has me blocked or im blocking you, cuz why are you seeking my designs lol

anyone who has broken my TOS in the past

anyone who is associated with or supports anyone in this blacklist
