Evelyn, who is known to everyone as 'Mama', is a kindhearted spirit. She has a deep love of nature, especially little mosses, which she collects in curio-jars and adds little accessories like hats or glasses before adding a strip of tape labeled with a name. Her favorite, a pin cushion moss named 'Steven', is usually sitting happily on her desk with a blue sambrero. Mama's closest friend and chosen companion is Lawrence. Although he is often beside himself, Mama tenderly helps him to realize he is a good person despite what he's made of. Mama founded the bioeco club as a place for students who wanted to live in harmony with nature as well as having a place to call home on campus. She fondly refers to all club memebers as her 'pups', or adopted children, and they all refer to her as Mama, enforcing a close family dynamic. However, despite being good natured and calm, Mama is extraordinarily protective of all her children, and her children of course, are protective of their 'mother'. The bio eco club meets in "Mama's house" which is the campus greenhouse. It's essentially a shoddy shed with a few rotten planks and smells heavily of the earth, but majority of the club members are more than happy to call it their home.
