Daughter of Queen Astra and the younger sister to Sea light.
She's the yongest in the royal family, and with her brothers accomplishments she often gets over shadowed.
No one seems to pay too much attantion to her and she uses that to sneak up to the surface every now and then.
One day when she went to the surface she saw an earth pony gathering shells, seaweed and other things from the beach. She watched the earth pony go over to the dock to gather some more and while on the dock she dropped something into the water. When she reached in after it she fell in.
Once Ocean relized she couldn't swim she raced over to help her out of the water. Blueberry thanked her and gave her a sea shell necklace that she made earlier that day.
Ocean adores this necklace, she has to keep it hidden from her mom but when she sneaks to the surface she makes sure to bring it with her in hopes of seeing Blueberry again.
