Kaizou Anzai

 kaizou is the shsl fashion designer. 
 they're most well known for their avant garde fashion lines - the more unnecessary, the better! 
 they have a bad case of chuunibyou...
 they're not very good at smiling, but can be charming when they want to be... which isn't often

 kaizou is a loud eccentric obsessed w/ their image. they enjoy being the center of attention
 they can be brutally honest and pick on others if they believe they deserve it, but is quick on the defense, refusing to be in the wrong.
 once they realise they are though, they'll do anything they can to make sure everyone knows they deserve to be pitied. 
 an unnecessarily complicated and complex character but thts valid!

 they like being in charge, curry, and manicures. kaizou's fav colour is peach and their fav animals are penguins.
they dislike coffee, fast food, and rodents.
