Bio: Frenzy was a normal cat that accidentally fell into multiple dye vats one day because he's clumsy and now somehow his fur has stayed dyed since. The dye is waterproof and so he doesn't get dragged down by water weight when swimming. NeoLabs tried to capture him a couple times thinking he was special but realized after his escapes that he just was hyperactive.
