The Bloodletters

A Horror that appears in packs. Seemingly small and frail at first glane, they use their unassuming appearance to swarm potential prey, before sucking every drop of blood they can from the body. Mass amounts of blood will swell in the sac behind their head, which will result in them taking on their "Blooddrunk" form; a larger, more aggressive version that leads the lesser forms to new prey.
