Prince of Divoux, his father died when he was in his early teens. he has a bad relationship with his mother, and only really got along with his father. without him there, he started acting unlike himself. He became entitled and selfish, holding onto things with a violent force so they wouldn't be able to leave him again.

Those who were born with magic were usually outcast from their home villages and sent off to work for the government. He met Jakkha and co because they were the country's best magicians. Namore gathered them to help with his petty needs, treating them more like servants rather than the most talented people in the country.
His relationship with Jakkha was very unhealthy, although both people were happy, once Namore got comfortable with him he became more controlling, which eventually led to Jakkha's death.
Namore is transgender and his name was originally Namida, but only his mother still calls him that. He had transition surgery done, but there was no humane way to achieve HRT (the only way would be through magic, as a physical version did not exist/was not considered). Because of this, his voice sounds a bit feminine but it never bothered him.
