Bio:

Lapsel  is Professor Strelitzia's finest example of Pokefusion thus far; using  the DNA of a Sneasel, and a Lapras. Lapsel's process was particularly  unique, due to unexpected Stat Variations, and unlike other fusions,  Lapsel can successfully pronounce her own name. Personality wise, Lapsel  is spunky and daring. She has a hard time saying no to a challenge, and  tends to escalate rough housing sessions on a whim.

Her claws  are densely solidified ice, frozen within her shell quiver, which she  launches into the ribs of unsuspecting victims from her fingers, to  tickle most viciously from long range.
