Novu

Pure, kind, genuine, Novu is one of the last kids born from Turquoise before his arrest. He doesn't remember anything of his other parent, whether from trauma or because of his age he's unsure. However, he holds no grudges against either of his parents. The earliest memory he has is being wrapped in a warm blanket with a calm, motherly voice whispering in his ear "Shhhh... everything's going to be okay now. You're safe." You're safe... those words mean more to him than anyone will ever know. Honestly, even more than he really knows, he has a really bad memory. But he wasn't in that orphanage for very long. The motherly caretaker had told him they connected with one of his biological parents, and that they are willing to take him in. He had no idea what she meant, but it would quickly become his second favorite memory. He was taken in by the big icy mowl who he would learn to call Dad and a kind beblune who had very soft fur who he would learn to call Mom. He was close to being a teenager when he first came to them, and he knew nothing but love from both of them. Mom repeated the words he heard from the motherly beblune when he first arrived, "You're safe." That was all he needed to know.

A very forgetful mowl, but has a heart of gold. He's often very oblivious of the world around him; no one's sure if it's a coping mechanism or just his personality. Assumed from his childhood, he sometimes has intense anxiety attacks where he completely shuts down. The only known way to bring him back and soothe his anxieties is to reassure him that he is safe.
