Francis E. Macintosh, freelance private eye.

She's a vampire cyborg detective on a quest to solve the cold case of who murdered her lover nearly a century ago, occasionally picking up other cases on the way. Despite her rather tragic past and vampirism disease she still acts very nonchalant and is actually very friendly around people she trusts. It's easy for her to intimidate people, which can help her a lot in certain cases, but this also causes a lot of people to be scared of her.  She doesn't entirely mind, since people being scared of her makes her feel like a bad bitch. Unbeknownst to most people, this giant scary cyborg is walking down the street listening to Funkytown by Lipps Inc. Vampires don't sparkle in the sunlight, but they sure sparkle at the disco!

They have a large robot arm with a clawed hand that's a lot bigger than their flesh hand. The patterns on her face are painted on, so feel free to change 'em up and paint something else! They love dressing in colourful neon retro aesthetics! Also, those rainbow orbs are plastic ballpit balls that she stole and threaded a rope through.

When it comes to their vampire features, they're super strong and lightning fast, they have perfect night vision, they get extremely painful sunburns much faster than the average person (although the sun won't kill them), they can turn into a bat with a mechanical wing in place of their mechanical arm, and they absolutely can drink blood which makes them stronger, but they wouldn't harm an innocent to do so. Though... sometimes when there's a puddle of blood at a crime scene she might have a little sippy. As a treat. She deserves it.

She walks/stands with a slight tilt and has very poor balance since her cyborg arm is so heavy.

Francis is very tall and lanky, about 8ft tall.

She hates cops. She'll be incredibly offended if you call her a cop. (Based ACAB and all that)
