💵The payment method is PAYPAL (USD) or PIX (BRL).
💵Payment is made after approval of the final sketch.
💵Additional characters cost 80% of the value.
💵If the design/character has a style similar to a chibi (which cannot be changed due to species or characteristics), it will be billed as a "Chibi Kemono".
📆The estimated time of my commissions is 1 - 2 weeks, the time starts counting only after payment!

Can you provide me with detailed descriptions of how you want all aspects of the drawing, such as: poses, camera angles, dominant color tones, light angles, etc. If you don't know how you want your drawing, your idea will be developed together with the artist in the sketch stage.

🌸Use of image
Once completed and delivered, the image may be used by you for non-commercial purposes. I don't allow big changes to the point where my art is unrecognizable. Please add credits whenever you can, feel free to tag me on any social media.
🌸Delivery Deadlines📆
All orders placed have an estimated turnaound time, the time varies according to the complexity and queue at the time of ordering. No order will be delivered for more than two months, after this time has passed from the moment of approval of your sketch and payment it means that you will receive your money back in full. It is only valid if the error is on my part, the artist, if you do not return my contact requests, your chargeback will be denied.
My working hours are from Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 8 pm, it's the best opening hours I have for people to contact me, but I'm willing to work on weekends if necessary.
🌸Cancellations and Refunds
You can request commission cancellation at the draft stage / before payment at any time.
After payment of the commission, the refund will only be made if there is an error on my part, the artist. In case of: Bad service, rudeness, non-compliance with the agreement, lack of communication.
Your refund will be made in part depending on the stage of work I am working on at the time of the request. Example: If you are in the base color phase, I will only refund up to 75% of the amount paid.
Full refunds only in case of extensive lack of communication (period of 1 - 2 MONTHS).
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse to work with a person who has reserved the right to respond to their own request or any of the quotes cited above.

By placing your order with me, I understand that you have read and agree to all terms herein. Do not infringe on any of them, otherwise I have the right to refuse or stop any work that does not respect my integrity or form of service.
