Shingeki Kasai

Shingeki Kasai was part of a mage group highly trusted by the royalty of Osmea. When consulted by Hirai/Hari about the Dark magic and he detected it out of his group. While reluctant to go outside the barrier of Osmea, he did manage to sneak out of the country with Prince Hirai "Hari" Takeshi and is willing to shapeshift to blend into the crowd of any anthro species he happens to be around at the time.
