Local Menace. In tune with the island energies and in a state of constant excitement because of it. It's hard to tell if he's a minor god or just some animal. But he's always an omen of *something* - whether it's good or bad depends on the day. Communicates through growls, coos, and keening screeches, kind of like a monkey. Apparently the only one of his kind, so it's unclear what kind of language this is. Some islanders make offerings to him but it's unclear if it earns them any favor. He will not eat from their hands but plentiful snacks might keep him out of trouble for a while.
