Being the youngest daughter of a wealthy family, freedom is not a familiar concept to Hyera. She was always compared to her older siblings, Seong and Yuna, and was never allowed to make the mistakes necessary to learn and grow—as such, Hyera is very unaware of the "real world" so to speak. She can come across as disconnected, spoiled, and tone deaf, but it's unintentional.
Hyera actually hates her naivety and has begun rebelling against her family in an effort to become more grounded and less 'perfect' since she never feels good enough for her parents anyway. Very complicated stuff. She has cryokinesis and has begun trying to use her powers for more than just skating in the rink.
- Hyera isn't a superhero or anything like that, but she's easing into the idea. If only keeping secrets from her family was easier than it is.
- Seong is the "golden child" of the Chois, while Yuna is their biggest mistake. Hyera's parents wanted her to follow in Seong's footsteps, but she ended up looking up to Yuna more.
- She is a famous and accomplished figure skater despite her age, and her powers are no secret, but she doesn't have many genuine friends—most are "parent approved" people her age that her parents believe would benefit her to hang out with.
- She has a little Yorkie named Pom-Pom.
Older sister. Somewhat estranged, but also not really. Hyera isn't supposed to talk to her, but she does anyway.
Oldest brother. Golden child to their parents. Not that close to Hyera due to forced dynamics from their parents. Just wants her to succeed.
